Why I built this

I built DLAnalyzer because I was tired of underwriting deals in spreadsheets. Tired of getting halfway through due diligence and having a deal fall apart. Tired of struggling in negotiations. And tired of arguing with myself about whether the deal actually fit me, my capital, and the time I had.

So I built the tool I wanted, and now I run my own deals through it.

I have been personally buying real estate for more than ten years: fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, a commercial office acquisition negotiated to almost nothing down, and a restaurant I bought, renovated, and sold. I earned my Florida broker’s license and opened a brokerage along the way. Before any of that paid the bills I spent years doing intelligence and analysis work inside large financial institutions, which is where I learned to assume my information is incomplete, decide anyway, and be honest about what would prove me wrong. That is exactly how DLAnalyzer scores a deal.
